You’ve got 30 days from delivery to decide if your ERPS system is right for you.
If you’re not completely happy, just send it back for a full refund (excluding shipping).

Here’s how it works:

  1. Email us at contact@erps.com.au with your order number and let us know what’s up.

  2. We’ll reply with a Return Authorisation (RA) and the return address.

  3. Pack it up safely and send it back — once we receive and check it, we’ll refund you within 5–7 business days.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If something arrives damaged or not working as it should, contact us within 7 days.
We’ll sort it out quickly — whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund — no hassle.


A Few Simple Conditions

To keep things fair:

  • The product must be in original condition and include all parts, cables, and packaging.

  • Returns without an RA number might take longer to process.

  • The guarantee doesn’t cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modifications.
