Orders are dispatched daily Monday – Friday from Brisbane QLD. 

You can expect delivery of your order in 2-10 days from the date of dispatch, depending on what part of Australia you live in.

At ERPS, we want you to love your system as much as we do.

But if it’s not quite what you expected, no stress — we’ve got you covered.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You’ve got 30 days from delivery to decide if your ERPS system is right for you.
If you’re not completely happy, just send it back for a full refund (excluding shipping).

Here’s how it works:

  1. Email us at contact@erps.com.au with your order number and let us know what’s up.

  2. We’ll reply with a Return Authorisation (RA) and the return address.

  3. Pack it up safely and send it back — once we receive and check it, we’ll refund you within 5–7 business days.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If something arrives damaged or not working as it should, contact us within 7 days.
We’ll sort it out quickly — whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund — no hassle.


A Few Simple Conditions

To keep things fair:

  • The product must be in original condition and include all parts, cables, and packaging.

  • Returns without an RA number might take longer to process.

  • The guarantee doesn’t cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modifications.
